How does warrany work?

⚡ AMP-X Electric Warranty Policy

1. Coverage Overview

AMP-X Electric provides a comprehensive warranty for the following components:

  • battery: 18 months or 450 full charge cycles, whichever comes first.
  • motor: 1 years from the date of purchase.
  • controller: 1 years from the date of purchase.

Note: Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including tires, grips, and brake pads.
  • Damage from improper maintenance and failure to follow care instructions
  • Corrosion or rust due to exposure to water, salt, or harsh chemicals.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. inspection: Our team will assess the issue and may request photos or videos of the affected part.
  3. resolution: If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.

4. Maintenance Recommendations

To keep your AMP-X Electric bike in top condition:

  • regularly clean and lubricate the chain and moving parts.
  • Check tire pressure and brake functionality before each ride.
  • Store your bike in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.

  • Follow the charging guidelines provided in the user manual to prolong battery life.
